School SEN operations

We run the special-education loop inside your school: what including a child actually takes, mapped to what you already run — then operated with you.

A primary classroom before the children arrive, a teacher and a coordinator holding a single sheet of paper.

Who it is for

Mainstream schools that keep turning families away for lack of learning-support capacity, and inclusion leads carrying more students than one person can hold.

What you get

  • An Inclusion Readiness Report per student: strengths, the supports that work, and exactly what including them asks of your school.
  • The gap, sized: staffing, schedule, accommodations and training, mapped against what you already have.
  • Daily practice delivered to each student on their own IEP goals, without adding to a teacher’s load.
  • A one-page, staff-ready scorecard per student — built from attempt-level evidence, not impressions.
  • An exception queue for your specialist: roughly fifteen to twenty minutes per student per week, and every safeguarding flag in their own list.

Who is responsible

A named specialist carries the clinical judgment and reviews the plan and the evidence. Our operations team runs the daily loop and escalates what needs a professional decision. Your school\u2019s own staff stay in charge of the classroom.

Where it runs, and what it costs

We work with schools in Singapore and India, starting with one class rather than a whole-school rollout. Contracts in Singapore are with UBELONG PTE LTD; elsewhere with uBelong Inc.

Start with one class.

Bring us one child, or one class. We will show you the plan, who is responsible for what, and the cost before you commit to anything.
