Write to start@ubelong.ai. A person from the uBelong team reads every message. If your question is about your child's record, include the Child ID from About your child in the app.
Signing in
Sign in with the email address or mobile number you signed up with. If a code we send does not arrive, check your spam folder and try again after a minute.
Today's activity
Annie prepares activities for your goal ahead of time. If a card says Annie is preparing, it appears on Today by itself, usually within a few minutes. You can start any time; the time on the card is only a reminder.
Videos and photos from before uBelong
Open About your child, then Add videos or photos. Videos can be up to 10 minutes. Keep the app open on Wi-Fi while a long video uploads. If an upload does not finish, tap Try again on the item, or remove it and add it again.
Closing your account
In the app: tap your profile, then Your details, then Close my account. More about deleting your account.
