A person answers.
uBelong is learning support for families of neurodivergent children. Most families use it in a web browser; a parent iPhone app and a children's iPad experience are in testing with invited families. If something is unclear, wrong, or not working, tell us and a person will reply by email.
Reach us
- Email start@ubelong.ai from the address on your uBelong account. Say where you were — the website, the iPhone app, or the iPad Academy — and what you saw.
- In uBelong, “Ask Annie” reaches your child's specialist too: press and hold anything that isn't right about your child and a person reviews it.
- No account yet? Create one in your browser at ubelong.ai/login with your email address; we send a message to confirm it. You do not need to download anything. Phone sign-in is not available yet, and schools are still set up by a person — write to us and we will arrange it.
Your data, and deleting it
- To delete your account and your child's records: open the avatar → Settings → “Delete my account and my children's records”. A person confirms the request with you first, then the erasure is permanent. You can also email us the request.
