Partner with us for a pilot
Parents of children with additional needs are looking for a mainstream school that will take their child. Too often the answer is “beyond our capacity”. Capacity is minutes: in a pilot, we count where your teachers' minutes go and give them back, and Annie works with each family at home.
A pilot starts with a capacity audit: we measure where your teachers' minutes go, and you keep the written baseline. The pilot itself runs with two classes for ten weeks; the first ones start in January 2027. Both are paid, and we agree the scope and fee with you before anything starts. After you write, we reply within two working days to arrange a first conversation.
