Delete your uBelong account

In the app

1. Open uBelong and tap your profile at the top left.
2. Tap Your details.
3. Tap Close my account and confirm.

By email

If you cannot open the app, email start@ubelong.ai from the email address you signed up with, or tell us the mobile number you use, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm the request with you before deleting anything.

What is deleted

Deletion completes within a day. It removes your account and your family's data from our systems: your details, your child's profile and photo, goals, activities, notes, clips, videos and photos from before uBelong, and what Annie learned.

To remove only some data, you can remove a single video or photo in the app, or turn off a permission. See the privacy notice.
