The pilot
Daily practice for every student on your register — without adding headcount.
The capacity problem
Learning-support caseloads keep growing. The students who most need daily, structured practice get it once or twice a week — because that is all the timetable allows. Between sessions, progress stalls; after sessions, your specialists spend their evenings writing up what happened instead of planning what's next. External therapy waitlists push more of the work back onto your team.
The scarce resource isn't goodwill or skill — it's specialist hours. uBelong multiplies them.
What the pilot is
8–12 weeks · 15–25 students · your school, your goals, your specialist in charge.
Weeks 1–4 — we operate, you shadow
uBelong's clinical team runs onboarding, goal setup and the weekly review while your specialist shadows every decision: how goals are structured, how mastery is evidenced, how the review queue works.
Weeks 5–8 — you run it, we backstop
Your specialist takes the review queue — certifying mastery, adjusting goals, handling flags — with our clinical team as backstop on every escalation. By the end, the workflow is yours.
What your team gets
Staff-ready progress reports
A one-page report per student — goals started and mastered, unaided-success trend, behaviour and participation signals — downloadable as a PDF written so your staff could hand it to a parent tomorrow.
Mastery trajectories
Every goal tracks unaided success over time from attempt-level data — independence earned, never assumed. Prompted help is recorded as exactly that.
Specialist-minutes measurement
The pilot measures your team's minutes per student per week — so the capacity question is answered with your own numbers, not our claims.

Founding-partner terms
We are taking two pilot schools before October. Founding partners shape the staff-facing product with us, and the pilot fee is credited in full against the first-year licence. Terms are discussed in the pilot conversation — not on a pricing page.
Governance
- Human in the loop, structurally. Bela drafts and delivers; a named specialist reviews. No goal is ever certified as mastered by the AI alone — a person signs every one, and every action is written to an audit trail.
- Safeguarding first. Anything a child says that raises concern stops the automated reply and routes to a human, on a clock. Escalation policy and response times are in the safeguarding pack.
- Who certifies mastery: during weeks 1–4, uBelong's clinical team; from week 5, your specialist — with our team as backstop. The audit trail names the certifier either way.
